The Terese Petroglyphs are located southwest of Ridgecrest, CA in the El Paso Mountains. The site includes the Terese Petroglyphs and Sheep Boulder.
From Ridgecrest drive south on China Lake Blvd. to US395. Cross the highway and go west on Brown Road. After 2.7 miles turn left onto the Powerline Road. Continue for 2.1 miles and cross the railroad tracks. From there follow the powerlines for another 1.9 miles and then turn right after crossing the wash turn west onto a faint 4WD road. Drive as far as you can and then begin hiking the rest of the way.
