The Pipes Canyon Petroglyphs are located in the Pioneertown Mountains Preserve near Pioneertown, California. The small site is about a half mile from the trailhead off to the side of the Pipes Canyon Trail.
For turn-by-turn directions enter Pioneertown Mountains Preserve into your driving app. From Pioneertown you will be directed northwest on Pioneertown Road for 3.1 miles to where you will turn left onto the Pipes Canyon Road. The trailhead will be reached within 1 mile. At that point it is an easy hike up the wash to where the site will be on your right after about a half mile.
