The Indian Wells Pictographs are located about 20 miles west of Ridgecrest, California. There are 2 areas at the site with pictographs and a boulder with morteros or grinding slicks.
For turn-by-turn directions enter 35.71555, -117.97422 into your driving app. From CA-14 you will be directed west onto the Indian Wells Canyon Road for about 7.8 miles to the trailhead. From there you can hike to each of the sites.
