The Anza Borrego, aka Blair Valley, Pictographs are located in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park. The topo map shows that there are also some petroglyphs on the side of the hill before reaching the pictographs.
For turn-by-turn directions enter Anza Borrego Pictographs Trailhead into your driving app. From the parking area follow the Pictograph Trail as it skirts the side of the hill. Near the 0.65 mile point look up amongst the boulders for some petroglyphs. There might also be some down low next to the trail a little further along. The entire length of the trail to the pictographs is 1.34 miles one-way.
