The Atkeson Pueblo is a few miles south of Cornville, Arizona. The site overlooks Oak Creek near its confluence with the Verde River. To get there, turnoff of AZ-89A onto East Cornville and after 1.1 miles turn right onto South Tissaw. Proceed for another 3.3 miles and turn left onto Thede Lane. After 0.7 miles go right and continue to near the end of the road overlooking Oak Creek. Hike the remaining short distance to the ruins.
