The Corrizo Gorge Pictographs, aka Three Finger Pictographs Cave, are located in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park. The site is a rockshelter that is partially hidden on the slopes above Corrizo Gorge on the left side of the wash. We are pretty confident of the location from descriptions that we have read and will be using this same GPX file, maps, and description when we make our visit.
For turn-by-turn directions to the turnoff of the Corrizo Creek Road enter 32.84758, -116.20079 into your driving app. From there it is 6.8 miles up the wash and into the mouth of the gorge to the trailhead and less than a half mile further hiking to the site.
Included with this post is the GPS file and map that we plan to use for our first visit. If you don't want to wait for us to get around to it feel free to try the GPS file and map for yourself. With no guarantee, of course, but they most often prove valuable for us.
