Buzzard Rock is located along the Mojave River in north Barstow, California. A few petroglyphs can be found on the south side of the hill facing the wash.
To get there, take I-15 Exit 183 and drive north on Barstow Road. Turn left on Main Street and then right on North 1st Avenue. Buzzard Rock will be on the left after crossing the Mojave River. You will have to investigate for the best place to park once you get there. For turn-by-turn directions enter 34.90691, -117.02226 into your driving app.
