Ruin Mountain is south of Williams, Arizona in the Kaibab National Forest. Zooming in on Google Earth it’s hard to tell just for sure what is there in the way of ruins. The little pond next to the trailhead is named Ruin Tank so hopefully there is something to be found. To get there from Williams, head south on S 4th Street for 0.542 miles and turn left onto S Perkins Road. Continue for 7.76 miles and turn left onto Fire Road 110/E Prairie Edge Rd./White Horse Road. Slight right onto Fire Road 110/JD Dam Road after another 7.38 miles. In 3 miles turn left on Fire Road 11. In 600 feet go left onto Fire Road 12 and after another 0.9 miles find a place to park.
