Description: The Dorens Castle Ruin is located in the Coconino National Forest east of Camp Verde, Arizona. There isn’t a lot visible when zooming in on Google Earth.
Directions: From I-17 Exit 287 follow AZ-260 for 10 miles and turn right onto the Fossil Creek Road FR 708. Continue for another 7.8 miles and turn left onto FR 708A. After another 0.7 mile either park and begin hiking or drive as far as you are able for the last 0.6 miles to the ruin.
