The 2-More trail is located in the Phil's World Mountain Bike Trails System near Cortez, Colorado. The trail begins near the parking area where it adds an optional 2 more miles of singletrack that makes the most of a rocky chute and the nearby pinyon and juniper forested hillside. The additional 2 miles brings the total combined length of the Phil's World trails to over 29 miles.

The 2-More trail begins off of DRB ESB a little less than a quarter mile from the trailhead.

The trail starts out along a rocky section of the hillside.

No sooner does it get started than it lines up with the trails most difficult feature. A steep downhill section they call Sam's Chute. Hard tails should get extra credit for this bit of trail.

Once you make it down Sam's Chute the rest of the trail is a picnic.

After an easy climb as the trail loops back through the trees it crosses a gravel road.

Once across the road it takes an easy route through the trees.

There are plenty of bumps and dips to make it interesting.

The trail eventually comes to a rocky rim that it drops below that they call the '4-Fun Bowl'.

There are no big challenges here skillswise. Just a few rocks and some different colored dirt. (Looks like a coal seam.)

The crooked trail straightens out as it heads towards its finish with Mesa Verde National Park in the background.

There is an optional jump that they made out of a tree stump.

The trail crosses another gravel road and then comes to the outbound side of the Trust Loop. To get to the trailhead you need to go straight and cross the Trust Loop.

Within 400 feet the 2-More trail comes to an end when it meets up with the other side of the Trust Loop. From here it is just over a quarter mile to the trailhead. We rode all of the trails in Phil's World in one day with 2-More being the grand finale. Since all of the trails are one-way we ended up having to cover some of the ground more than once to get them all in and ended up with about 32 miles of total distance. All in all Phil's World is a mega fun place to play around. If you would like to see it for yourself then all you have to do is grab your bike or 'Take a hike'.
